Recover access to the governed FPIA workspace
Use the email address linked to your approved authority account. If the account is eligible, the reset journey will return you to the secure admin sign-in flow on the live workspace.
This path remains closed to approved authority users only. Reset emails do not create new access or bypass role, profile, or approval checks.
Reset Journey
Request the reset link, open the recovery email, set a new password, then sign back in to the authority workspace.
Operational Support
If recovery succeeds but access remains restricted, contact admin so authority status and workspace access can be reviewed safely.
